JOB PROFILE

·         Responsible to plan and conduct independent work requiring judgment in the valuation, project monitoring, project approval.

·         Undertaking valuation assignments including Residential

·         Scrutinizing Real Estate Project Approvals across Delhi NCR by studying their feasibility.

·         Collect Builder profile & cross check it for PROJECT APPROVAL file.

·         Giving technical details about visited sites

·         Attend meetings with clients / Real Estate Developers.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills and comfortable in front of Customers

·         Confident manner and assertiveness

·         Proactive 'can do' attitude

·         Comfortable with travelling
