Final Year project thesis format

Here is the sequence of chapters/units that you have to follow.

1.      Cover page (including Project title, name of group memebers and sharda logo (with name of university and name of department))

2.      Title Page (including the Project Title, name and roll no. of group members, name of Guide, Academic year, etc,)

3.      Technical Summary or abstract (~ 1 page)

4.      Certificate of Completion (to be signed by the Project guide)

Should contain the statement:

“This is to certify that the project report entitled “……………….” submitted by Mr. ……., Mr. ……… and Mr. …. in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the award of Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering at Sharda University, Greater Noida is an authentic work carried out by them under my supervision and guidance.

4.      Contribution of Authors (should mention the individual effort of the group members)

5.      Acknowledgements

6.      Table of Content (including page numbers for various chapters and sub-sections)

10.  Main Text

•  Each group is required to submit their first draft of the thesis to their respective guides for evaluation. The last date of thesis submission is April 10th, 2014. 

• After the necessary corrections, only then the students can go for the Final draft of the thesis to be submitted. Any body failing to report on time will get a zero in the evaluation.
